About KOMPASS
You lead people with valuable experience — sometimes more than your own. I’m Sabine Lehmann. With KOMPASS, I help you build natural authority, earn trust and turn different generations and cultures into a team that works together.
Build trust through clear decisions, consistent actions and conversations that make people feel heard.
Recognise the expertise already in your team while confidently taking responsibility for its direction.
Understand different expectations, address conflict constructively and earn respect without demanding it.

My perspective is shaped by approximately 30 years in international aviation and two years in a Learning & Development management role in the cruise industry. I know environments where people need to communicate, collaborate and perform together — often under pressure.
Working in a cruise environment with 75+ nationalities reinforced the importance of listening, making expectations clear and adapting without losing your direction. My background brings together adult learning, leadership development, train-the-trainer practice and cultural intelligence.
In coaching, we work on the moments that matter to you: a decision that is challenged, feedback that creates tension, or a conversation with someone whose expertise you value. You develop ways to listen, set boundaries and lead with confidence. Academic qualifications and practical experience are different strengths — neither replaces the trust you build together.
